Their menu is simple, consisting of the red bean paste filled castella and red bean mochi. They sell their products by the box for around $20 USD. I got a mixed box with castella and mochi.

The castella consists of soft, fluffy bread filled with sweet and creamy red bean paste. Personally, my favorite part of castella is the crust on the bottom, so I was pleased to find that this small, round castella had a layer of crust on the bottom and surrounding the red bean paste. I also liked how the red bean was not overly sweet.

The rice cake mochi was super soft and chewy- it melted in my mouth! They also packed the mochi with tons of red bean paste. This mochi was definitely on the sweet side and it is surrounded by a layer of white powder to prevent it from sticking to the bag- and to your fingers!

Just a tip: Make sure to place your order well in advance, as they frequently sell out. They offer carry-out only so you can grab and go.
