If you are looking for a fiesta, look no further than Linda Vista!
You immediately get a festive vibe as soon as you step into their colorful interior set up. They have many booths and tables indoors, bar seating, and extensive outdoor seating as well.
One of the biggest perks is also that you get free chips and salsa! They chips were crispy and not too salty, and while the salsa is a bit on the runny side, it was still flavorful.
They have everything from quesadillas, fajitas, steaks, and burritos, as well as a long list of cocktails.
I got the Enchiladas Suizas ($11.90), which came with four enchiladas filled with either steak or chicken (I chose two steak, two chicken), topped with cheese sauce and tomatillo sauce. The Enchiladas were served with a side of guacamole and sour cream.
This was a lot of food for a price and I liked how the enchiladas had a good amount of meat! While they were flavorful on their own, I paired it with the house-made hot sauce ($1), which really kicked up the spice level! This hot sauce is extremely spicy, so just be warned!
If you want to try a little bit of everything, you can also make your own combo by choosing 3 ($9.50), 4 ($10.50), or 5 ($13.10) items!
My friend enjoyed the Enchiladas with Mexican Rice and Refried Beans.
Overall, they offered a solid home-style Tex Mex meal and you can get great value for the price. It is a great place to enjoy the festive atmosphere with friends and or family!
